NYFW RECAP

NEW YORK. It's been a week already, when the Big Apple started their fashion week for this year RTW. Now everybody's moving to London for another fashion week, so it's time for NYFW recap!

Started from the first day, on the 4th of September, I love how Kaelen Haworth do for her KAELEN 's S/S2014 (photo above). She's using menswear-inspired pattern like houndstooth, herringbone, and glen plaid. Shes's also using tweed! My favorites of her is the 2nd photo from above. Move on to LISA PERRY, 'tennis' is the one word that straight trough my mind when I was stare at her new collection. Minimalism and all-white situation definitely stay on my mind (photo below). I always love how John Patrick do with his ORGANIC, simple, but so classic yet modern, same as he do for his S/S2014 collection, everyone's love it! ROBERT RODRIGUEZ 's collection also have a place on my mind, black-white also edgy prints was never be mistaken! (Photo below after the jumpbreak.)

Move on to the nex tday, BCBG MAX AZRIA, BLK DNM, and VFILES was the 3 winner that caught my eyes! Their super cool and edgy collections was definitely on my list. The Azria just never do wrong with their collection, always breathtaking, and I love their harness-floral-crop so much (2nd photo below) too cute! Kristina Bazan from Kayture was the first person I think about when I first seeing BLK DNM collection photo, lol. The pose, just really really looks like her, so pretty! I'm in love BLK's print leather jacket, so eye-catching and totally my things.VFiles also blew me away with their top collections, I'm so into crop top these days, and their collections is just made me want to scream 'moreeeee!'

September 6th, CUSHINE ET OCHS was definitely caught my attention, their sexy collections is so breathtaking. Cutting, strapping, belting, everything is just so right! PETER SOM, HELMUT LANG, RAG&BONE, also catch all of NewYork-er, their not-so-boyish yet not-so-girly collections is just easy to remind. Amazing detail is definitely a yes for JASON WU S/S2014 collections, those leather details, yes leather, is seriously blew me away. HONOR, REBECCA MINKOFF, also MISHA NONOO is kept on my mind 'cause their prints collections. I love how Nonoo's do with the sky prints suits, so lovely! And, ZIMMERMANN, amazing, yes, again, amazing, just look at those catchy collections and you definitely know why I said that. Seriously.

Next, again and again, The Azria seriously do a better (and keep getting better) job with their collection, HERVÉ LÉGER BY MAX AZRIA. So many zippers!! JILL STUART and CHARLOTTE RONSON is the sweteest ever, their lovely yet little preppy collections is so cute (even it's not my style) I can't help it. More little comfy sport look? Look at LOUISE GOLDIN, LACOSTE, and TIBI collections for their S/S2014 collections. Is not the right time to say 'no'!

September 8th. Finally, my all-time NY favorite, ALEXANDER WANG. I can't describe more about it, just click the link and you see for your self. I'm so digging the 5th photo I choose here (below) it's my top 5 from his new collections, also, the shoes, yes, shoes, I can't help it, so preppy yet cool at the same time. Ah, I want one, espceially the 'parental Advisor' top, which is Aila Wang also wore! Definitely a cutie! DKNY , Y-3, and JEREMY LAING also blew me away with their little rockin cool collections, especially, Jeremy's plastic menswear, love! Different from them, VICTORIA BECKHAM, OPENING CEREMONY, and YIGAL AZROUËL is always a classic, always a high-class woman imagination, and it's absolutely breathtaking. THREEASFOUR. Is a different one, their stunning yet a-little-bit-gaga-inspired look is definitely cath a lot of people attentions, amazing details.

On the next day, TOMMY HILFIGER new collections is the cool one, I love how Tommy's do with their shorts/pants collection, see the details of their zippers, so eye-catchy! Even though I'm not a big fan of flowy-dressy things, I always adore how ALICE+OLIVIA and CAROLINA HERRERA do, such an inspirations for all woman, sure do. ZERO+MARIA CORNEJO, ASSEMBLY, and 3.1 PHILLIP LIM, breathtaking, amazing collection, just love the details of those 3. So beyond amazing.

Onto the next day, BADGLEY MISCHKA, VERA WANG, and JENNY PACKHAM is the sweetest winners of the day, their amazing flowy details collections is just amazing. So in love with Badgley's mint-color collections! DIESEL BLACK GOLD and SASS&BIDE is also caught my eyes with their masculine-cool-collections, so edgy, so high-fashion. definitely a yes! TORY BURCH and MARC BY MARC JACOBS is the ones that use glam-sequin looks on their new collections, a little bit, not much, but so much fashion.

September 11th, CLOVER CANYON, JOIE, and MILLY, those three was the queen of the sweetest print ever, JOIE mark my mind for the first time, so lovely. And finally, its JEREMY SCOTT, never estimate Jeremy, he's always have an amazing-crazy ideas for his collections, this time, he's using so many leather, and the result: amazing, I love the colorful leather prints suits, reminds me of vintage television, lol. DION LEE, ICB, MICHAEL KORS, MM6, and OKSLEN, have a different style from one to another. The photo that I showed you guys here is my all-time favorite from their new collections.Dion Lee 's awesome long sleeve top, ICB 's & MM6 's bomber jacket, feather-attack from Michael Kors, also hologram collections by Okslen is just absolutely amazing. MARCHESA and PROENZA SCHOULER never stop blowing people's mind with their awesome details, even Bryan Boy said he's dying when saw their collection (esp. Marchesa's). Those details was not easy to make and totally worth it.

Last but not the least day of NYFW S/S2014 RTW. Besides celebrating their tenth anniversary, CALVIN KLEIN COLLECTION is launching their coolest fringe collections ever. Always started with white collection, but they make a different this time, using pink, mint, red, also emerald green on their awesome handwoven cotton tweed. So clever! Never mess with MARC JACOBS 's mind, different from Marc by Marc Jacobs collection, Marc Jacobs new collection is just about an awesome 90's and clean minimalism. The sets, even the backstage was just so fused with each other, so stunning. Last but not least collection that I wanna show you guys from St. John Center Studios is RALPH LAUREN. Always a little preppy and 60's inspired. Knee-high socks, black-and-white, even the flower patterns is seriously fits a lot of fashion people. Just come on, who doesn't wanna wear Lauren's collection?
